Michele came highly recommended to us and surpassed our expectations. She quickly became a trusted partner and tireless advocate as we attempted to sell our home from out of state. She consistently communicated honestly and directly, laid out our options and provided sound advice. Our house was tenant occupied and she worked patiently around their very difficult schedule. In addition, when our buyer had trouble securing a mortgage, she worked with their realtor to help keep the sale from falling through. Michelle was the 4th realtor that we worked with in the Philadelphia area and she was by far our favorite. We really can't say enough good things about her!!

Michele was great! The communication between her and I and my fiancée was completely open, honest and her response time was immediate. She walked us through every step of the way and if she herself couldn't answer a question she was sure to give us the name and number of a person who could. I have family interested in moving to the area and they already have Michele's info so that they too can have a positive experience.

I began contacting random agents through Zillow.com about one year ago. After meeting several realtors, I finally chose Michele because of her great availability and patience in explaining and guiding me through the process of purchasing a home. She taught me what to look for in a property, how to plan the search/purchasing process and the meaning and mechanisms of the lengthy paperwork process. While showing houses, she'd walk through them curiously, as if she was going to buy them herself; while selecting properties to show me, she'd take me also to houses she knew I wasn't ready to buy, only to show me what was on the market and give me a real way to compare properties. During the negotiation steps (all the way into settlement), she gave great suggestions that saved me much money. At the end, her smile showed how happy she was for me. Throughout the entire process, I never felt she was trying to sell me a house; instead, she helped me buy one. If you are a first-time home buyer, confused and at times overwhelmed by the complicated process, I strongly recommend contacting Michele. She's your woman!

Michele was an absolute delight to work with from the beginning of the process right to the very end. We worked together on transitioning our home from a rental property to a single family and Michele was there from day one throughout the renovation phase to closing. Being an absentee owner, we could not have done it without her. She frequently visited the property to check on things, was always available when needed and took care to walk us through the entire process. I got in touch with Michele when an unfortunately timed split with the real estate agent we had been using occurred unexpectedly. Doing online research, I found Michele and decided to contact her after reading positive reviews about here through several sites. As this was/is our first home purchase, and as we were going to be using a VA loan (which can be very finicky), we needed someone who was willing to be patient with us and our naivete about the whole process: we knew what we did and didn't want, but we didn't know what was realistic, nor the industry ins-and-outs! Michele got back in touch with me from my initial email contact within the hour. She was able to arrange to meet up with us that very evening, and in fact, got us in to see one of the houses we had wanted to view that same night! She also quickly cleared up some misunderstandings that we had about VA loans that our previous realtor had never fully explained to us. One of the reviews I had initially read about Michele said that she made you feel like her only client; this was definitely true! Michele was able to work with our wonky schedules and made us feel like she was at our beck and call whenever we needed her. Michele was never pushy, but was still willing to give her opinions when we asked for them, especially helpful as we were moving to an area that was new to us (despite having been looking there for awhile). She was also able to tell us when things that occurred were "normal" or not, which was helpful in negotiations. With her help, we were able to find, and quickly move on, what is now our first home. Michele quickly felt like we had known her forever, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an area specialist. If/when we move in the future, we will definitely be contacting Michele again!
