I highly recommend Michele for all home search/buying needs. She has been extremely helpful with the purchase of my first home in such a short time frame. And, the process from beginning to end was very efficient for the brief time we have working together. We have connected in beginning November 2016 and then found our new home according to my preference/standard in less than a week to making/negotiating an offer successfully on the same day we’ve looked at the property follow by closing in 30 days. Additionally, she’d recommended a premier lender who she talks to on a daily basis to help me with my home financing needs which turned out exceptionally well. The premier lender and team went above and beyond and provided a quick turnaround with getting me pre-approved and approved for a mortgage loan prior to my settlement date within the 30 days agreement of sale. She even recommended an insurance agent/broker to help me purchase homeowner’s insurance and he diligently provided me with an affordable/attractive quote the very next day. Michele had also negotiated with the listing agent to have Radon Remediation resolved by the Seller successfully before settlement. The list can go on and on and on but overall I am beyond satisfied with my home purchase experience with Michele and her associates. She made sure she took care of us and addressed our questions/concerns in a timely fashion.
